All returned items must be in original condition, in their original packaging.
Please contact within: 7 days of delivery.
Please ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
Cancellations can be requested before the item is shipped.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We use several different shipping services. If you're having trouble with shipping or delivery, please contact us. Some services offer package tracking, while others do not. We always try to ship with tracking, especially when the order is shipping internationally. However, not all cases will have this option.
If your package is missing, delayed, or not delivered, please contact us as soon as possible.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 12 hours of receiving the returned product, or within a reasonable time frame (usually within hours) for items cancelled before shipping. You financial institution may take up to 7-10 days to process your refund. Tambor Organics and Design will notify you of you refund when processed. However, we have no control on the time frame of your financial institution's processing or when those funds will be available to you.
